Job Description

My valued client, based on the outskirts of Minworth, are seeking a Complaints Advisor to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

The position is paying £8.72 per hour and you will be working 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The right candidate will:
· Have previous experience within a complaints-handling role
· Be confident in addressing and relaying feedback to internal members of staff
· Have a strong telephone manner and good customer service skills
· Be able to work to strict targets and deadlines
