5 Call Centre Advisors Immediate Start,
Working within a busy Contact Centre based near to the NEC Area. Our client seeks experienced Call Centre Advisor''s to manage a high volume of client calls this being in the region of 100 calls per day.
The role will be dealing with Outbound Calls from customers or suppliers. The calls can be queries/issues or customers eta''s and complaints. Some queries or issues may need further investigation, so speaking to internal parties or external clients/customers will be necessary and part of the role.
Also, all candidates will need to have worked within a contact centre or call centre environments working to targets and high call volumes for at least 1 year!. All candidates need to be PC literate having worked on MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
