Training Co-Ordinator

Working for a large corporate client in Marston Green, B37 Area. Our client seeks a strong service and admin candidate to support its training department.

The role is very much organising and scheduling training session off site. Liaising daily with the trainers in the field and also making sure all new starters equipment is sent out "for first day starting"

Managing training dates and sessions and organising venues where needed. This role is busy and at times can be pressurised as there are deadlines to met.

All candidates need to have worked in a fast paced environment within a customer service type office role. All candidates need to have worked on Excel to advanced stage and have excellent data entry skills. The role also included interacting with internal departments and external clients and workers.

Candidates must have am excellent telephone manner and be a team player, even though at times this role will mean working on your own and be able to manage your own workload.

All candidates need to be available immediately and must be able to get to the Birmingham Business Park, B37 Area.

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm and this is a long term contract with permanent opportunities
