5 X Call Centre Advisors B37 Area Temp to Perm £18Kpa Immediate Start

The role is working for a large corporate client based close to the NEC Area B37. The role is supporting our clients suppliers and customers by taking calls and also booking appointments(no sales involved). This is a busy contact centre so there will be targets in place to support the SLA. Training is given and progression is offered.

All candidates need to have worked in a fast paced call centre or telephone customer service role. This is a mixture of inbound and outbound calls.
All candidates will need to be PC literate and have excellent data entry skills.

Hours of work are standard office hours. Monday to Friday and are full time
