Working within a busy transport team. Our client is seeking 2 strong communicators to join its Transport Department.
The role is dealing with all queries and problems with the drivers and being a support to them when out in the field. Also supporting with Breakdowns and drivers needing further assistance. Liaising with internal departments. Making sure all actions are recorded for audit purposes.
Also supporting the senior customer service advisors with any problems with complaint and also issue surrounding the drivers and transport team.
All candidate MUST HAVE 2 YEARS CALL CENTRE/OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. also with strong admin and data input experience. The role is multi tasking and thinking on your feet as this is a busy operational department at the hub of a logistics company.
Hours are standard office hours Monday through to Friday and this will be on a temp to perm basis paid weekly in the first instance via HR Group.
Call Centre, Customer Services experience of 2 years.
