Transport Administrator- Permanent £18500K NEC Area, B37
Working within a busy transport team. Our client is seeking a strong communicator to join its Transport Department.
The role is dealing with all queries and problems with the drivers and being a support to them when out in the field. Also supporting with Breakdowns and drivers needing further assistance. Liaising with internal departments. Making sure all actions are recorded for audit purposes.
Also supporting the senior customer service advisors with any problems with complaint and also issue surrounding the drivers and transport team.
All candidate MUST HAVE 2 YEARS CALL CENTRE/OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. also with strong admin and data input experience. The role is multi tasking and thinking on your feet as this is a busy operational department at the hub of a logistics company.
Hours are standard office hours Monday through to Friday. The role is permanent and all candidates will need to be available with NO Notice period due to training.
