Job Description
Working for a large corporate company based near to the NEC Area. Our client seeks strong experienced Call Centre Agents to join its expanding team.
The role is working in a fast paced call centre, taking inbound and outbound calls of issues, problems relating to suppliers and also clients daily enquires. Whilst on a call to a customer you will need to update the system accordingly with the call information.
All candidates will need to have at least 2 years call centre experience, also with data entry and administration skills.
