Hours of work: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am-4:00pm and Friday 7:30am - 2:15pm
Based in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter
Are you an experienced Administrator who has previously worked in a Manufacturing or Production environment?
Do you want to work for a family run business, who has an exciting history and are based in the heart of Birmingham?
As a Factory Administrator you will be based in the main office, reporting to the Factory Director and Manager.
You will need a clean driving license as you will be covering for the Progressor when they''re on holiday, driving a 3.5t vehicle to deliver small items to customers locally.
As well as being office-based, you will also be liaising with your colleagues on the factory floor so previous experience of previously working in this environment would be ideal.
Your responsibilities will also include liaising between their other factory regarding issues that may arise and any support that may be required.
Also liaising with contractors regarding site maintenance and projects.
Dealing with outside contractors about H&S/Compliance queries and issues.
Sourcing and ordering of materials, ensuring supplier costs are logged and ensuring best costs possible.
Delivery and receipt of goods in and organising PAT tests.
Ensuring maintenance is completed on all equipment and dealing with maintenance issues.
You will also support the Management team with on-site projects and covering other roles where required.

Skills :
You will need previous experience of working in a Manufacturing environment with experience of working in a stock/procurement role. Ideally you will also have previous experience of using Sage 200.
