My client, who are a well-known Manufacturer based in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter are creating new opportunities due to continued growth within the business. From the day their business was established they have continued to grow and they are extremely proud of the fact that they also have a team of people that have grown with the business over a period of years. They are now looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their busy and friendly team. You will be working for a company that will be able to provide progression and the opportunity to learn other roles within the company, whilst being given the opportunity to study towards your Manufacturing based qualifications.

The duties of the Administration Assistant will involve:

. Processing Sales and Purchase orders.
. Dealing with incoming calls and queries.
. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe transport of goods.
. Arranging courier collections and quality checking.
. Assisting with picking and packing orders.
. The Administration Assistant will also be using Sage 200, full training will be given.
. Updating processes and stock replenishment.
. Some Administration experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
. Monitoring incoming emails and printing documents off such as Invoices and Purchase Orders.

Skills :

You will need some previous Administration experience with great attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
