My client, who are Manufacturer based in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter are creating new opportunities due to continued growth within the business. They are going from strength to strength so they continuously looking at new ways of growing as a company. They are looking for an experienced Production Administrator to join their friendly and well-established team. You will be working for a company that will be able to provide progression and the opportunity to learn other roles within the company and study towards various Manufacturing based qualifications.
The Production Administrators duties will involve:
. Managing supplier relationships, on rare occasions also sourcing new suppliers.
. Overseeing Health & Safety and dealing with relevant paperwork, training can be provided for this.
. Use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
. Progressing all work orders, whilst keeping an eye on quality control.
. Dealing with overdue orders, processing information onto the works order system.
. Completing paperwork for pick up and collection.
. Working with the Production Manager and Warehouse.
. The position will also involve using the company vehicle for local deliveries so a driving license is essential.
Skills :
You will need Administration experience, working within Manufacturing or Production with knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
