HR Employment are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our busy client based in West Bromwich. As Transport Administrator you will provide support to transport team, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately to the company and customer standards.
Booking vehicles in for MOT & Inspections, creating repair & maintenance bookings.
Diary management.
Printing reports.
Ensuring tachos / vehicles have been downloaded.
Liaising with drivers
Admin side
The admin role changes on a daily basis organised by a rota, must be flexible to move between invoicing, bookings & weighbridge as well as admin adhoc
Hours 7 – 4 Monday to Thursday, 7 – 2.30 Fridays

Skills :
- previous experience of working within logistics or in a gatehouse is preferred
- strong IT skills, knowledge of excel and a desire to learn about systems and tools
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work in a team
