Job Description
All Office Administration Duties including but not limited to
- Answering and replying to all incoming emails and telephone calls
- Assisting with Invoicing
- Data Entry and updating internal CRM system as well as Excel spreadsheets
- Communicating with drivers
Administrative duties within a gatehouse.
Skills :
- previous experience of working within logistics or in a gatehouse is preferred
- strong IT skills, knowledge of excel and a desire to learn about systems and tools
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work in a team
