One of our clients in West Bromwich are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.
Monday to Friday
Hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs/ 7am-2:30pm Friday
Pay: £10.95ph - paid weekly
Contract: Temp to perm
Duties Include:
• Managing weekly, monthly, yearly schedules/collection and delivery dates with customers and setting up on transport diary
• Liaise with the Sales, Transport and Operations team regarding any customers queries including sales invoices
• Liaising with technical team to see requirements for planned jobs & communicate with customers to ensure all tech requirements are met.
• Liaise with drivers regarding transport queries
• Raising and allocation of suppliers purchase orders
• Checking over invoices to ensure all correct with no issues then sign off to be passed to accounts.
• Work collaboratively across the business supporting the Sales, Commercial, Transport and Operational activities
• General administrative duties including filing, scanning and answering the telephone
