10 x Permanent Call Centre Advisors B37 Immediate Start
Working for a large Blue Chip organisation in Marston Green, B37. Our client seeks experienced call centre advisors to join its expanding Customer Service Teams.
The role is both inbound and outbound calling to existing customers and clients. Whilst on the call updating of customer/clients details is required. All candidates will need to have worked within a contact centre or call centre previously and of had 1 years experience. There is ample opportunity for progression and development within the business.
Systems training is given.
The role is straight permanent and is working standard office hours. No weekends or evenings worked.
Please note you must be able to get to The Birmingham Business Park B37 either by living nearer to the location or being able to drive.
Successful candidates will be contacted for a telephone registration interview and then the client will be doing Zoom interviews.
Start date will be W/c 10th August and W/c 17th August. so you must be able to start around these dates
