Telephone Call Handlers x 7 B37 Area Immediate Start

Working for a market leader within Logistics. Our client seeks a strong call handlers to join their busy expanding team. The role will be targeted for call turnaround and quality. So experience of working in a contact or call centre is essential for this role. Both Inbound and outbound calling to existing customers and also suppliers. Building a rapport and giving 100% customer service at all times.

All candidates will need call centre experience due to targets and high call volume, Also you will need to be PC literate and also have strong data inputting skills. The role is on a Temp Assignment with ample opportunities to go permanent within the business.
