Call Centre Advisors B37 Area - Immediate Start
Working in Marston Green, B37 Area. Our client seeks 2 strong customer service/call centre advisors to support its expanding team.
The role is a outbound calling to existing customers
Calls will be in the region of 100+ calls per day.
The role is dealing with existing customers and problem solving where needed.
Training is given on the systems and telephones. But all candidates need 12 months customer service or call centre experience to be put forward for these roles.
Immediate Starts. Hours are full time Monday through to Friday and no weekends or evenings. Paid weekly. This is a temp assignment with Permanent opportunities for workers that commit to the role, work hard, turn up on time and zero sicknes.
