2 x Call Centre Advisors - Temp Assignment with Permanent opportunties - Chelmsley Wood B37 Area -£18K
Working for a large corporate Blue Chip Organisation in the B37 Location.
Our client seeks strong experience customer service candidates for its expanding client team.
The role is heavily target driven and working on both inbound and outbound calls of around 150+ per day.
You will be assisting customers and booking appointments and also inbound calls of enquires, issues and sometimes problems and complaints. No sales involved in this role.
All candidates MUST HAVE at least 12 months call centre experience or telephone customer service (office environment) - ideally recent experience in this area.
Must be PC Literate having worked on MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Database systems.
Data entry skills
