Job Description
Working in the aftersales team, you will be responsible for calling customers to book them in for MOT''s, services and any other related items.
You will be responsible for updating the CRM system at the same time and making sure that the customer has an excellent experience.
You will be making up to 120 outbound calls per day. It''s a modern environment using a computer dialler and a headset.
