Salary: up to 35k (Annual salary)
Location: Birmingham Business Park
Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Are you an experienced HR Executive looking for a temporary role in Birmingham?
Are you interested in helping people achieve their best?
Our client is looking for an HR Executive to help take ownership of all HR duties to cover maternity leave. This is an immediate start position.
You will be:
- Editing and uploading contracts
- Taking minutes for disciplinary investigations
- Holiday Approvals for staff members
- General HR Admin
- Return to work and exit interviews
- Having informal conversations around any issues that staff members may have
- Keeping track of absence
- Updating the resource planner daily
- Scanning all documentation into each individuals folder
- Assisting with payroll when required
- Informing managers when probations are due
- Updating and Maintaining all employees information according to GDPR
- Ensuring all employees are complying with company policies
You will need:
- Experience within a similar role
- Level 3 CIPD qualification minimum
- Attention to detail
- A patient and positive attitude
