Job Description

Are you an experienced Lawyer who is looking for a new challenge?

My client is a Market Leader in the fast growing Telematics sector. They have various UK locations but they also have a Global Marketplace. They also offer a competitive benefits package including 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and Employee Assistance Programme.

As an experienced Lawyer your duties will involve:

- Supporting the commercial team with contracts and reviewing agreements.
- Maintaining terms of sale and conditions of sale and purchase documents.
- You will be drafting and updating policies in conjunction with HR.
- Reviewing compliance procedures and press releases.
- Ensuring everything is GDPR compliant.
- Also providing support to the Company Secretary and board on compliance including in relation to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), London Stock Exchange (LSE), Companies Act, FCA requirements and Market Abuse Regulations.

Skills :

Ideally you will be an experienced Lawyer/Legal Counsellor with knowledge of IT and Software contracts
