Field Sales Manager (Key retail)

£30kpa - £35kpa plus bonus, car/van, laptop and mobile, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

You will be working for a European Leading Manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join their successful and established team.

My client is looking for someone who has previously managed a team, but they will also consider someone who has previously worked as a Field Sales Manager in merchandising and sales.

The successful Field Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of a team of 5/6 Field Sales Executives.

You will report to the Head of Key retail and support with achieving growth and sales.

The successful Field Sales Manager will also lead by example and visit customers both locally and nationally.

Oversee promotional activity and motivating the team.

You will develop and monitor the teams progress.

You will have previously worked as a Field Sales Manager, Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager.
