We are excited to announce an opportunity to join a successful European Manufacturer based in Tamworth, as an Corporate Exhibitions Executive.
The role involves working with an established Marketing team within a progressive and friendly office. With a presence in 44 countries, the company employs over 4,000 people and has 25 production sites on 4 continents.
The company provides a company vehicle, an ID Buzz Cargo Electric vehicle so the successful candidate will need a driving license as you will be attending at least 10 local Events each year, and support the field based team with also attending larger events. The role also involves managing the inventory of marketing materials and taking them to and from events.
- The successful candidate will manage exhibitions, sales
meetings, corporate events.
- There will also be a certain amount of lifting involved as you will be setting up the display stands for events.
- Also supporting the field sales team with product demonstrations, larger events and customer training.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring legal and health and safety measures are in place.
- The role requires hands-on experience in similar event roles, with experience in exhibitions and/or merchandising projects.
- You will have the opportunity to work from home one day each week, and travel to 10 events a year, with no overnight stays required.
Skills :
You will need previous Events Planning experience with a driving license and open to driving a tail lift van to exhibitions.
