Admin Support up to £20Kpa Role 12 Month Contract - Oldbury Area

Working for a large fast paced company based in Oldbury. Our client seeks a strong service Administrator to support its existing busy team..

The role is dealing with client queries via email and over the phone.

Providing customers and engineers with information using our company database.

The ability to identify and escalate/prioritise issues.

Liaise with engineers across UK to route calls and resource.

Follow up customer queries where necessary. Manage engineering time and call planning using in house systems provided.

Be proficient in the use of data systems, training will be provided on the clients in house systems Experience of using MS Word, Excel and also Outlook.

All candidates must have 12 months office admin experience for this role.

Hours of work are: Monday through to Friday 9am - 5pm

Car Parking is available onsite.
