Project service Administrator - Permanent £18-£21K Oldbury Area
Working for a large organisation in the Oldbury Area. Our client seeks a Project Service Administrator to join its expanding team/business
The role included:
Being the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
Raising relevant department and team paperwork.
Liaise with purchasing department regarding pricing and quotations
Requesting purchase orders from customers & arranging shipping details.
Organising engineers’ resource on behalf of customers.
Liaise with internal departments to make sure customer projects are delivered to SLA’s.
Raising requisitions
arranging travel and resource for engineers.
All candidates will need excellent customer service skills and have at least 2 years office admin experience. Be PC Literate and have worked on MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Hours of work are
Monday through to Friday 9am - 5pm
This is a permanent role with company benefits. Free car parking onsite.
