Senior Customer Service Advisor £22K Permanent Full time Hours (no weekends)
Working for a large multi national company based in Solihull B37 Area
Our client seeks a strong customer services Senior to manage all its complaints.
The role is dealing with around 100 emails a day with general issues, problems, complaints from all customers and suppliers. The role will be resolving to satisfaction the supplier or customer complaints. The role will also mean dealing with internal and external departments and colleagues to gain information on complaint resolve.
Experience in complaint handing is essential for this role. All candidates must have at least 1-2 years experience within this field.
All candidates must have a strong admin background as there will be correspondence and emails to deal with daily.
There will be times when cover on the customer service inbound calls is required at busy and peak times.
