Working for a large multi national fleet management company based on Solihull.
Our client seeks a strong customer service advisor to support its largest client.
This is dealing with a high volume of calls to supplier and also to customers. Also dealing with email of issues and complaints that will need to be investigated and resolved. The role is part admin and part service. All candidates need to have strong customer service (office/call centre) experience. As this is dealing with people at all levels and mist be able to multi-task daily duties.
All candidates must have 2 years experience in a similar role. This is a client requirement.
