Driver Service Co-Ordinator x 6 Temp to Perm Immediate Start £19K NEC Area
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
•Call centre environment
•Dealing with high volume inbound calls 100+
•Liaising with drivers & clients daily
•Book work to the drivers throughout the day
•To be aware of clients requirements when allocating drivers
•To be aware of individual drivers skills and abilities
•Search for extra drivers who are available
•Co-ordinate breakdowns
•Inform customer care of any problems or delays
•Ensure Customer Care department are informed of any problems, delays or failures
•Liaise with administration department to resolve driver paperwork queries
•Deal with complaints from drivers
•Ensure all work on the system is planned and allocated
•Such other duties as may reasonably be requested
Hours are full time worked between 8am - 6.30pm on a rota basis.
You must be PC Literate and have worked in a fast paced customer service (office role) or within a call or contact centre.
