Job Description

Our Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Sales and Events Coordinator to join their team. As a Coordinator, you will work closely with the Event Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of events. This position will involve Sales, administrative duties and on-site event management, including vendor coordination, guest reservations, and general office tasks.

Skills :

Minimum of 2 years of event planning experience, with a strong understanding of coordinating various types of events. 2. Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. 3. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. 4. Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. 6. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions. 7. Must be fluent in written and spoken languages to effectively communicate with diverse groups. 8. Be a very sales orientated individual.
