Our client is a beautiful County Lodge Hotel located within six and a half acres of the finest Warwickshire countryside. As a Front of House Assistant you will:
Deliver exceptional hospitality, creating a warm, friendly, and caring atmosphere for our guests.

Contribute to the positive financial performance of food and beverage sales through effective upselling, cost control,
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer experience .
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety, and cellar management in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Ensure the smooth running of service by establishing strong communication channels with the Kitchen, Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings and Events teams.
Work collaboratively with your team, providing support, guidance, and fostering a positive and fun working environment.
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and create memorable experiences for guests and colleagues alike.
