Contact Centre Advisor £17K Plus Bonus - Coleshill Area Permanent - Full Time Hours
Working for a large corporate business in the Coleshill Area. Our client is seeking due to expansion a number of call centre Advisors to be filled with a variety of hours on offer. 12PM - 8PM Monday through to Friday - 1 Sat to work per month for 4 hours only!
To be the face of the company and the first port of call for all customers.
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding their installation.
To work within the set objectives and targets outlined within their key performance indicators and set service level agreements which will be reviewed monthly.
To manage their own area of responsibility of work and do so in a timely manner.
Update the relevant system and documents in line with their work.
Liaises with their relevant Contract Manager or Team Manager as required.
Communicates clearly with their Team Manager regarding their own performance and is responsible for highlighting their own areas of performance development and further responsibility where possible.
Working in a busy contact centre, working to targets with high call volume.
The role offers training and also career development and progression.
