You will be working for a successful Manufacturing business who have over 60 years'' experience within the POS/Display furniture sector. They provide exceptional levels of service, dealing with concept through to completion.
My client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their extremely friendly and established team. They will consider candidates with a small amount of experience, or a Graduate looking for the right opportunity. You will be initially supporting the Business Development Managers with managing projects and building relationships with clients.
The successful Sales Account Managers position will involve:
Dealing with customers enquiries via phone and email.
Generating customers orders and processing relevant data onto the system.
You will be the main point of contact between the customer and the sales team.
The Sales Account Management role will involve working within a Manufacturing environment, building relationships with internal colleagues and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
You will be liaising with the Production team to ensure projects are completed on time.
Generating and following up customers quotes, building long-term relationships with customers.
Supporting the Business Development Managers with various Administration based duties.
