YOU WILL ONLY BE OFFICE-BASED 1-2 DAYS EACH WEEK AND THEN WORKING FROM HOME.
The HR Officer will be preparing investigation reports and presenting findings, as well as drafting high-quality outcome letters.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ER cases, at various levels, to completion, including but not limited to performance improvement processes and absence management.
Providing guidance and support to line managers.
Using the fresh works service desk platform to track and respond to ER cases.
You will need to be a A strong team player, demonstrating my clients culture of “supporting each other”.
Demonstrated ability to multitask with conflicting priorities, strong communications skills and attention to detail.
Skills :
Qualified or working towards a CIPD Level 5 or have equivalent experience.
Experience of HR and employee relations, complex case management.
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
