Job Description
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Once training is complete you will work from home 2 days each week)
Based in Telford
£11.78per hour
Are you available immediately and local to Telford?
Do you have previous Customer Services experience and enjoy talking to people?
You will be supporting the management process by logging faults and related information onto a smartsheet system.
Ideally you will also need to have previous complaints experience as you will be dealing with complaints from residents.
Ensuring all visits can access the building when an Engineer or Contractor can''t gain access.
Dealing with incoming calls from Engineers and Contractors.
Investigating on site access issues and dealing with end to end resolution.
Identifying the root cause of the issues and logging all information onto the in-house system.
Dealing with a call volume of 20-30 daily.
Once training has been completed you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days each week.

You will need telephone based experience with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
