Job Description

You will be working for a well-established Global company who going through a period of growth and they''re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy team.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS SALES/PURCHASE LEDGER EXPERIENCE WITH AN AAT LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION.

You will also need to be analytically focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for accurately processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, payments, sales orders and bank reconciliations.
Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure precision in financial records.
Support the preparation of key financial reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers with efficiency and accuracy.
Setting up supplier and customer records.
You will also support the Finance Manager with general administrative duties including data entry and filing.


Skills :

You will need to be AAT Level 3 qualified with previous sales and purchase ledger experience.
