As an experienced Product Designer you will be responsible for influencing the product cycle, working as part of a tea, from concept to launch.
Collaborating with the design team to create compelling visual designs for packaging, marketing materials, and branding using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Develop and refine concepts for product packaging and promotional materials in line with brand license requirements.
You will utilise 3D software to create and visualize packaging and product designs so experience with tools such as Solidworks & Keyshot is a bonus.
Creating artwork packs with detailed specifications ready for sampling.
Maintaining solid relationships with brands.
Attending brand meetings and presenting new designs.
Working with NPD on all projects from brief to launch.
Integrating customer feedback and customer insights into the product design
Prepare professional presentations to communicate creative concepts and designs effectively.
You will need to have an understanding and experience of global Candles and Home Scents Markets a distinct advantage with previous experience of working in a senior product development role.
You will also need to have a sound Understanding of interfacing on global licenses, sign off processes, creating design direction and project plans with Brand DNA fully incorporated.
Previous knowledge and experience of heading up major PD projects for world class brands is also essential.
