Based in Castle Bromwich

Monday - Friday, 9-5pm (4pm finish on a Friday)

25000pa - 35000pa plus a competitive/uncapped bonus structure

HR Employment Bureau are an independent, well-established Recruitment Consultancy who specialise in contract, temporary and permanent recruitment, dealing with a wide variety of Commercial and Industrial positions. If so, then as a Recruitment Consultant your day will involve:

- You will be making generating leads and making outbound calls to prospect clients, or clients that have previously dealt with us.
- Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies that have been generated, building solid relationships.
- Placing adverts on various job sites and marketing your vacancies on various social media platforms.
- We are looking for a driven and passionate individual who wants to bring ideas to the table.
- You will need to be able to drive as you will be visiting clients face to face.
- Building long-term relationships with clients so that they want to come back to you again.
- We are ideally looking for someone with previous Sales or Recruitment experience.
