Monday - Friday, 9-5pm (4pm finish on a Friday)

HR Employment Bureau are an independent, well-established Recruitment Company who specialise in temporary and permanent , Commercial and Industrial Recruitment. We continue to grow so we are now looking for a passionate Administrator who is also happy to liaise with candidates and clients, whilst supporting our Commercial and Industrial team.
. The successful Recruitment Administrator will be supporting the Commercial and Industrial team.
. Processing Payroll on a weekly basis whilst dealing with holiday and pay queries.
. Reception cover, meeting and greeting candidates.
. You will also be responsible for placing adverts on various websites and various social media channels.
. Uploading candidate registration forms, ID and other documents onto the system.
. You will be making sure that application packs/tests/temp info packs are printed and in stock.
. Referencing candidates who have been offered temporary contracts.
. Dealing with incoming calls and queries, building relationships with candidates and clients.
. We are ideally looking for someone with an upbeat personality and has previous Administration experience.
