My client has been established for 45 years and they specialise in supplying to the Trade sector. They are now looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join their extremely friendly and supportive team based in Aston.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, where you will join the business on a temporary basis for 12 weeks and then there will be a permanent opportunity available at the end of the 12 weeks.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, Mon 7-3:30, Tue-Fri 8-4:30. (39 hours).
The duties of the Customer Services Advisor will involve:
• Dealing with incoming queries and calls.
• Using various systems such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, service email and in-house systems.
• Administration based duties and chasing deliveries with Carriers.
• Processing carrier claims and placing orders from emails.
• Ensuring queries/complaints are dealt with efficiently.
• Stating and logging and other basic duties such as filing.
