Job Description
My client is a trusted and well-known Manufacturer, who have a reputation for quality. They have been established for over 40 years and with 11 locations they continue to grow. They are looking for a Senior Warehouse Administrator to join their friendly and busy team in Exeter.
This is a fully office-based role, where you will also occasionally assisting in the Warehouse for holiday cover and serving customers on the Trade Counter.
You will be working 40 hours per week Mon-Friday 8am-4.30pm (30 minutes break).
The position will involve a mixture of both office, Trade Counter and occasional picking and packing duties in the Warehouse.
Dealing with incoming calls and building relationships with customers.
Taking and processing customers sales orders, invoices and credit notes onto the system.
Cash handling and end of day credit card reports.
Handling and checking goods against supplier paperwork.
Booking stock in daily and monitoring stock levels.
Working in a busy and friendly team - someone with previous experience of working in a varied role would be perfect!
Skills :
You will ideally need previous Warehouse Admin, Stock and Trade Counter experience
