Looking for an exciting new challenge as an Operations Manager?
Look no further! We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our clients main contracts a prestigious client based in the Birmingham area.
Ideally with a background in Infrastructure/ Civil works or even Rail.
With a basic salary up to £65k DOE, plus bonus, company car, and senior-level benefits, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of specific contracts, maintaining communication, professionalism, compliance, and Health and Safety of the labour supplied to company standards while keeping the client relationships strong.
You will work closely with the Labour Managers and Head of Operations, managing your own sites independently with minimal management support.
Your responsibilities will also include basic business development activities such as networking and lead passing, involvement in annual budget planning, project-related documentation, site engagement reports, weekly diary reports, leavers reports, vehicle allocation reports, project budget reporting, and business development reporting.
You will work closely with the labour manager and recruitment department to ensure all labour requisitions are closed out in a timely manner, and engage in cross-departmental collaboration to improve business communication and performance.
The ideal candidate will be either an Operations Manager or Senior Ops, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
Based mainly on site for the company''s most important client, experience in Construction and Civil Engineering is a BIG advantage. This is an immediate start, with a quick hiring process.
