Job Description
My client requiring an Operations/Admin assistant to join the team Worcestershire office,
Duties will include assisting the administration and operations team with scheduling of work for staff, Booking in work via telephone and email use of companies job management software to allocate and plan works and general admin duties.
Some previous FM or water hygiene experience desired
Good Knowledge of Microsoft tools are essential ( Must be really good at excel and word)
Salary depends on experience starting from 21k - 25k
Hours of work Monday - Friday office base 8am to 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
