Roles and responsibilities
You must have a solid grounding in legionella control
Manage a portfolio of monitoring, risk assessment and remedial works contracts to include reviews of monitoring data collected by site staff and identify areas of risk and non-compliance. Quality checking of legionella risk assessments, review of works reports and liaising with clients to advise of any recommendations or further actions
Explore opportunities for growth within existing contracts and clients, and also bringing new business into the company portfolio
Auditing of staff
Quoting of assessments, monitoring contracts, remedial works and related water hygiene tasks
Oversee a team of 10 technicians, risk assessors and water hygiene technicians and supervisory staff
Liaise with administration staff to ensure completeness of tasks
Risk assessments when the business needs dictate
Skills :
Organised, PC literate, managerial responsibilities, organisation of staff work loads. Quality checking and producing and maintaining client reports.
