As an experienced Lawyer your duties will involve:
- Supporting the commercial team with contracts and reviewing agreements.
- Maintaining terms of sale and conditions of sale and purchase documents.
- You will be drafting and updating policies in conjunction with HR.
- Reviewing compliance procedures and press releases.
- Ensuring everything is GDPR compliant.
- Also providing support to the Company Secretary and board on compliance including in relation to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), London Stock Exchange (LSE), Companies Act, FCA requirements and Market Abuse Regulations.

You will need to have previously worked in a Legal Counsel based position.
