The successful Customer Relationship Executive will be:
You will be the main point of contact for all SME accounts.
Maintaining key relationships with clients and supporting the Corporate Sales team.
Processing small orders for new and existing customers.
Dealing with customer issues.
Onboarding new customers and liaising with key stakeholders.
Attending team meetings and bringing new ideas to the table.
You will need to be confident as you will also be up-selling various products to existing customers.
Skills :
You will need to have a good track record of building relationships with stakeholders. You will need to have experience in one of the following sectors: Telematics, Automotive, Insurance, Fleet Management, Logistics or SaaS.
