Job Description

Taking incoming phone calls. Speaking directly with customers on behalf of the customer team and fielding customer enquiries and queries
Supplying quotations to customers as directed by the commercial team and following up quotations provided.
Working between the technical assessor and commercial team to ensure all bookings have been assessed and relevant pre-acceptance paperwork / sampling has been completed
Administration relating to customer accounts, invoicing, queries
Booking in material with BKP Operations / Transport as appropriate & third-party companies as required
Data management and administration, including monitoring and actioning the commercial email inbox.
Any other reasonable duties requested by Office Manager or Senior Management

Skills :

Previous administration experience preferred in waste management or similar industry, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, can-do attitude, team player. IT literate and familiarity using MS Office programmes
