Job Description
Being point of contact for some BKP customer accounts. Answering calls and responding
to customer questions and collection requests
2. Supplying customer quotations for waste disposal and transport. Liaising with the
technical and bookings team to ensure all necessary information is obtained to allow
compliant collection and disposal
3. Communicating with internal and external parties to arrange collections of waste, book
in deliveries and other directly associated tasks
4. Generation of new business leads and direct sales calls to potential customers
5. Checking invoices prior to sending / resolving customer queries and facilitating credit
notes generation if required
6. Strong customer and sales focus to upsell existing services to new customers
7. Maximising profitability of existing accounts and offering timely responses to customer
requests
8. Generating reports for commercial director on customer accounts, spends, activity of
accounts managed
9. Working with accounts department to ensure customers on-stop are notified and
assisting to get accounts back into credit terms
10. Strong communication with all areas of business to ensure customer requirements are
met
11. Strong systems and data admin background essential for the role. Ensuring all existing
processes are followed and providing input on improvements to increase efficiency
12. Strong customer care and account management focus. Managing and developing
existing client base and focus on customer needs and high service levels
Skills :
Previous experience in an account management or sales role managing multiple accounts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
IT literate and familiarity using MS Office programmes
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
