Offering up to 35k per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Tamworth
Are you an experienced recruiter in the Tamworth area?
Would you like to work for an expanding, fast paced law firm?
You would be working with an extremely friendly team, focusing on the new and upcoming roles within the company.
You will be:
- Liaising with potential candidates and internal teams to arrange interviews and completion of documents
- Sourcing through job boards to find suitable candidates
- Filling roles such as Directors, Senior Associates, NQ Solicitors, Trainees, Legal Executives and Support Staff.
- Working alongside senior management to draft job descriptions and manage the publication on various job boards.
- Managing applications and contacting candidates to qualify them.
- Interviewing candidates over the phone and in person.
You will need:
- At least 2 years solid experience within a recruitment role
- Experience within legal recruitment would be an advantage
- A strong, determined personality
