Our client is looking for an Property Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE to join their Property and Projects team. This position offers some great opportunities for someone with a "Can Do" attitude and a passion for property development, who''s willing to go the extra mile.
You will be:
- Acting on behalf of property developers on sites around the UK.
- Engaging and Advising on Joint Ventures, Development Agreements, Options, Site Acquisition and Disposal and Funding arrangements
- Advising on Landlord and Tenant matters, requiring experience with drafting and advising clients on Leases and Liscences
- Managing Site Set-Up''s and Plot Sales
- Providing an end-to-end project service
You will need:
- Solicitors qualification
- Minimum 1 year PQE
- Site Set Up and Plot Sales
- A Passion for Property Development
- Strong IT Skills
