Your duties include:
Comply with all company Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental and information security standards.
Maintain company confidentiality practices.
To retrieve customer boxes, files and documents from various locations in preparation for dispatch to customer sites or to be sent for destruction. To also ensure these items have been recorded and scanned correctly and are in a decent condition for transportation.
Work as part of a team in all areas of the business to complete all tasks.
To perform any other Warehouse duties considered essential for the provision of effective operations and services.

Skills :
Must be numerate and ideally have knowledge or experience of working with data documentation in a quality assurance and standards driven organisation although full training will be given.
Must be physically fit due to a large amount of lifting required and because of the nature of the site a lot of walking is involved.
A current, clean driving licence preferred but not essential due to occasional driving duties that maybe required.
A positive attitude and the ability to use own initiative when required
