You will be working for a flexible, growing company who continue to progress and they''re looking for a PA to support their Chief Executive.
My client is looking for a PA who thrives on working in a demanding but fun environment, with excellent communication skills.
The successful PA will be providing support at a high level, which will include organising meetings, note-taking and producing documents.
Your duties will involve:
Filtering calls on behalf of the Chief Executive and managing his emails, highlighting anything that needs attention.
Organising appointments, diary management and organising travel.
There will also be some travelling involved, mainly around the Birmingham area and on rare occasions to Manchester and London (expenses will be covered).
Organising documents for meetings and acting as the internal communications, building relationships with your colleagues.
Also managing the Chief Executives public profile and social media plan.
You will need to be flexible as you will be doing anything from running personal errands to insurances and dry cleaning.
