Job Description
To actively seek to growth the returns from an existing network of Car wash facilities through:
Data gathering, preparation and analysis
Direct Marketing
Operational guidance
Implementation of best practise
Devising, measuring and improving KPI’s
Developing long term growth strategies
Regular visits to locations nationwide to review and develop customer throughput and revenue generation
Daily operational support and promotion
Daily KPI measurement and diagnosis
CRM management to plan and manage pipeline and sales
Strong relationships with key business stakeholders across customer and internal networks
Provide regular accurate sales forecasts
Ability to provide strong analysis and output

Skills :
Experienced in Business Development and account management retail, forecourt FMCG or Automotive Associated products
Very strong experience and ability in data analysis.
Experience in vehicle wash industry would be advantageous
Successful track record of generating sales from scratch and developing existing customer base
Advanced software skills across various platforms including MS Excel, PPT and other analytical , accounting platforms is a distinct advantage
Extensive experience in conducting analysis of data , measuring performance and preparing results
Taking results and working closely with clients, Piers and others to enable strong understanding and delivering development based growth solutions
Strong interpersonal skills at all levels
Keep up to date on industry and competitor changes
Regular travel and overnight stays within the remit of the role
Occasional customer visits where required to HQ in Spain.
